Before we start, we should define what a roadmap is. A roadmap is a visual representation of your or a team's strategic plans. It ties together the strategy, the work that needs to be done to reach it's decided goals and a timeline of completion to tie everything together. A roadmap is to help us picture the work that needs to be done along with a corresponding schedule (however since this project is entirely volunteer-based, time is a non-factor).
